Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
- Due to security reasons our customer service team is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. No order cancellations are allowed. This is also because our warehouse moves prompt in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
- All amounts are stated in Singapore dollars. All purchase prices include Singapore prevailing GST. Any delivery charges will be separately shown. We currently accept all major credit cards using PayPal (no need to have PayPal account; simply click on "Check Out as a Guest" button when at the Paypal webpage). - Orders will only be fulfilled after full payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfill orders when we have not received payment.
- All cancelled orders cannot be reversed and no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note.
- All orders will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes of non-payment.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Exchange & Return Policy
Babynature Co. provides 3 Day exchanges/returns for all items except Sale, discounted or preorder items (includes items purchased using discount codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 3 days of delivery date. Email us at email@example.com. We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.
- We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
- Note that return terms are different for defect and non-defect items. Kindly refer to the guidelines below. Babynature Co. reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.
- Kindly note that all returns / exchanges (both defects and non-defects) have to be made at our stipulated warehouse location for checking.
- If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be delivery charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us.
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above $100 nett). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, our standard shipping and processing fee applies when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted.
- In the event that a return cannot be accepted, the sender will either have to pick up the item from our stipulated location or have it sent back to sender's address - costs will be borne by customer.
Defective Items / Incorrect Items Received
We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly email contact our team about this issue and we will reply you within 2 working days.
- All parcels must be sent to Babynature Co. within 5 working days of receipt (Singapore).
- For international returns, it must be sent back within 2 working days. (proof of tracking number must be emailed to us) It should reach Babynature Co. warehouse no longer than 12 days.
- Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
- A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
- Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilize it to purchase other available items.
- Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- All store credits issued are valid for 1 month only.
- Store credits are strictly non-refundable.
- Store credits are to be redeemed in a single online transaction and cannot be utilized on purchases at our retail outlets. Any balance credit amount that is not utilized will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.
- Store credits can be used to offset online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees.
- Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
- All products listed are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Whilst, all care is taken to ensure this information is correct, we cannot eliminate the possibility of error.
Discount codes & promotions
- We may from time to time offer discount codes, which must be entered at the time of submitting your order, and promotions. Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Further conditions of use relating to a discount code or promotion will be specified at the time that it is issued. Discount codes and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- Please note that discount codes are strictly not applicable for HANIL spare parts and certain selected seasonal items or selected new items.
- At times we may offer pre-order on certain items, allowing you to purchase them & self-collect during our baby fair event. In these circumstances an expected self-collection period will be mentioned in our Purchase Confirmation email to you. If at any time you have a question regarding a pre-order purchase please email us! Kindly note any order item(s) that is left uncollected at our baby fair event, standard delivery fee of S$20 per location applies, irregardless of amount spend. This $20 shall be e-invoiced to you via Paypal and payment must be made before we arrange for doorstep delivery.

- We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. - When you submit information to us, sign up as a customer on our Site, visit our Site or follow us on social media, you agree and consent to Babynature Co., including its related corporations, business units, parents and subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) to use your personal information.
- Babynature Co.’s collection of customers’ information is crucial to the longevity of our business. We will not share or disclose your information to anyone except for approved third-party vendors (“Approved Third-Party Vendors”) who are hired for specific functions, including but not limited to order-fulfilling, delivery, postal mail, email, processing of payments and more. These vendors have access to your details, but may not use them for other purposes other than the function they have been hired to fulfill.
- We may use your personal information to support and enhance your use of the Site, including without limitation: providing customer service; sending you marketing material through Electronic Direct Mailers and Direct Mailers; giving you gifts; fulfilling your order; and any other methods of supporting your use of our site.
