Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
Due to security reasons our customer service team is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. No order cancellations are allowed. This is also because our warehouse moves prompt in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
- All amounts are stated in Singapore dollars. All purchase prices include Singapore prevailing GST. Any delivery charges will be separately shown. We currently accept all major credit cards using PayPal (no need to have PayPal account; simply click on "Check Out as a Guest" button when at the Paypal webpage). - Orders will only be fulfilled after full payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfill orders when we have not received payment.
- All orders will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes of non-payment.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
- Local Singapore Shipping
We offer $8 delivery flat fee for orders below $100. Deliveries are on weekdays (Excluding Public Holidays), Mondays - Fridays, 10am - 6pm.
For orders over $100 nett, delivery is FREE!
We dispatch your order package within 3 working days (unless it's a Pre-order item). You should receive your items in 1-3 working days after receiving the Shipping Confirmation email.
Kindly note that any orders with pre-order items will only be dispatched when pre-order arrives.
If you would like to receive your other items first, please order them separately.
Preorders are subjected to delays, do only order if you are comfortable with the wait.
Special delivery: Weekdays evening delivery between 6-8pm OR Saturday delivery between 9am-2pm is S$20, regardless of amount spent, this service is NOT free.
Re-delivery fee is S$20 (if we deliver as scheduled and nobody is home to receive the product), where we then have to reschedule another delivery.
- International Shipping
We offer highly affordable international shipping via Fedex! Please note - in these instances all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our webstore charges flat S$60 as a tentative, indicative value for international shipping, regardless of which country you enter for shipping address.
We will advise you on the exact international shipping fee after receiving your online order, and upon checking with Fedex. We will be sending you a separate Paypal invoice email for the additional international shipping fee (excl. duties & taxes); and you can consider if you would like to proceed.
If final international shipping fee is more than S$60, customer is expected to top-up should he/she decides to proceed with the order. In event that customer decides to cancel the order, we shall refund in full via Paypal.
If final international shipping fee is less than S$60, we shall refund the excess received to customer.
We take great care in packing your items. However, if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us immediately or within 5 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. We will arrange for exchange of the item if deemed to be faulty or damaged during manufacturing.
Defective item would be exchanged one-to-one with a correct and brand new piece. In the event the exact item is out of stock, you will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.
Purchase of baby fair pre-orders/ baby fair sale items / webstore sale items, hampers and gifts are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Defective Items / Incorrect Items Received
We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly email contact our team about this issue and we will reply you within 2 working days.
- Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
- In the event the exact item is out of stock, you will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.
- Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unused/unworn, unwashed and unaltered). It needs to come intact with original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- All products listed are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Whilst, all care is taken to ensure this information is correct, we cannot eliminate the possibility of error.

Discount codes & promotions
- We may from time to time offer discount codes, which must be entered at the time of submitting your order, and promotions.
- Only one promo code can be used per transaction.
- Further conditions of use relating to a discount code or promotion will be specified at the time that it is issued.
- Discount codes and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- Please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid.
- No refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Discount codes are strictly not applicable for HANIL spare parts and certain selected seasonal items or selected new items.
- Kindly note that any orders with pre-order items will only be dispatched when pre-order arrives.

- At times we may offer pre-order on certain items, allowing you to purchase them & self-collect during our baby fair event. In these circumstances an expected self-collection period will be stipulated in our event preorder webpage(s).
- If at any time you have a question regarding a pre-order purchase please email us!
- Kindly note any order item(s) that is left uncollected at our baby fair event, standard delivery fee of S$25 per location applies, irregardless of amount spend. This $25 shall be e-invoiced to you via Paypal and payment must be made before we arrange for doorstep delivery.
