What are the available modes of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard via Paypal. Not to worry if you don't have a Paypal account! Simply click on "Check Out as a Guest" button, when the Paypal popup box shows up during process of completing your order.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after confirmation.
What if I am unable to complete payment?
Please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can!

Local Singapore Shipping
We offer $8.50 delivery flat fee for orders below $100. Deliveries are on weekdays, Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm.
For orders over $100 nett, delivery is FREE!
Special delivery: Weekdays evening delivery between 7-9pm OR Saturday delivery between 9am-2pm is S$20, regardless of amount spent, this service is NOT free.
Re-delivery fee is S$20 (if we deliver as scheduled and nobody is home to receive the product), where we then have to reschedule another delivery.
We offer highly affordable international shipping via Fedex! Please note- in these instances all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We will advise you on the additional international shipping fee (excl. duties & taxes) thereafter receiving your order; and you can consider if you would like to proceed. If "YES", you decide to proceed, the additional international shipping fee shall be e-invoiced to you via Paypal. If "NO", you wish to cancel your order, we shall refund you the total amount paid, less a $2 administrative fee per order transaction.
We despatch your order package within 3 working days (unless it's a Preorder item). We take great care in packaging your items. However, if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will arrange for this item to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
